Chroma Mixed Media is an artist-run creative tech collective that creates immersive AR/VR experiences and combines a wide variety of different art forms with new technologies. Alongside developing their own creative works, Chroma also collaborates with musicians, performers, and artists to bring their work into the digital world.
Chroma has presented works at venues including the Vancouver Art Gallery, the Banff Centre for the Arts and Creativity, the Western Front, Vancouver Public Library, the Orpheum Theatre, and the Canadian Music Centre in Vancouver, as well as in collaboration with organizations such as Standing Wave Ensemble, Little Chamber Music, Cluster New Music and Integrated Arts Festival, Vancouver New Music, Redshift Music Society, and Red Door Arts Encounters.

Chroma started as a performing art collective with a goal to create immersive audio-visual experiences. They have been working together with new technologies since 2015 and have individually been involved with the arts scene in various cities across Canada for over 10 years!
They fully understand the world of Canadian artist grants, the creative process, and want to share their knowledge of emerging technologies with other creatives who are looking to expand their practices.
